I was using Asics but changed to more stable Brooks GTS0

Brooks Ravenna - love love love them!!!0

I have a slight obsession with runners and so I change them quite often. Currently I am in love with Inov8-180 and merrell sonic glove.0
-
Brooks Beast a little heavy but very supportive for larger guys0
-
Brooks Vapor 10 for road running
Salomon XA Pro 3d Ultra GTX for trail running.
Went on treadmill for running shoes for gait analysis (would have to say the staff where I went really know their stuff and the qualifications are pretty impressive as well), didn't get gait analysis done for the trail shoes as the treadmill can't re-create the uneven terrain ofthe trails.
I tend to go back on the treadmill every 500miles just in case my gait has changed.0 -
i use:
vibram 5 finger bikila's for tarmac (and the gym)
2 pairs of vibram 5 finger spyridon's for trail / cross country0 -
Nike; my New Balance fell apart very quickly, so back to Nike it was/is!0
-
I'm all about my Asics0
-
I scored a pair of inov-8 F-Lite195s for $30.....one of the best fitness related purchases I've ever made0
-
asics all the way.0
-
Saucony road shoes
Mazuno trail shoes0 -
New Balance Minimus.
Used to be only Asics until I discovered that the minimal approach = no knee pain.0 -
I have 2 pairs, Saucony Kinvaras and Merrill Mix Masters
Kinvaras are closing in on 500 miles total, still going strong.
Prior to these I used to use typical high heels, switching to low/no drop minimal shoes and forefoot striking made a HUGE difference and got rid of every running ache and pain.0 -
Brooks Ravenna and I love them0
-
Asics. They fit my wide foot.0
-
I love my Asics Gel-Kayanos0
-
I wear Saucony Guide 6. I absolutely love them and when I hit 500 miles, I'll probably get another pair.
What do you wear?
I rotate between New Balance Trail Minimus Zero and New Balance Leadville.0 -
For running I'm a devout Saucony girl.0

I've got a few pairs of Merrells, mostly using the Bare Access now. They have a bit of foam (that doesn't really compress) that doesn't require me to pay so much attention to sharp rocks as with the Glove models I've got. Still zero drop.0

Asics!
Though I do think I liked my Brooks better... Until my dog ate them...0
