    GREAT JOB! I thought it was cool to read your story because of the date similarities! I actually had a Doctor's appointment one year ago today (2/6/13) that sort of kickstarted my health journey and I also found MFP the following month on March 6th!

    have you started maintenence yet? or do you still have some goals to achieve?
