    Cold roast beef 150g with all the fat trimmed off, sweet bistro salad leaves with grated carrot, cucumber, cheery tomatoes and chopped capsicum, Hellmans Lighter Than Light Mayo, and maybe a few small boiled new potatoes. Deeeelish!

    Last night I made ground lean turkey with whole wheat noodles with alfredo sauce. Loved it!

    Skinless salmon fillet with mange tout, 100g of new potatoes, sungold tomatoes with a teaspoon of philly light w/ black pepper and spring onion.
    Followed by : weightwatchers strawberry cheesecake yoghurt, fresh strawberries, blueberries and raspberries and maybe a cheeky meringue nest- they are only 57cals each :D
