    I love shellfish, prawns, mussels, oysters, crab, moreton bay bugs, mantis shrimp and crayfish. Very high in protein, easy to cook, fast and versatile!

    I'm also pretty keen on these things called Chia Pods, we have them here in Australia. The one I like is three ingredients, chia seeds, coconut milk and banana.

    Raw oysters.

    I don't get to eat them nearly as often as I'd like. I crave them. The smell of the ocean, the taste, the horseradish I put on them.
