When friends and coworkers ask you how many calories various foods have before they eat them because you'll probably know.0 -
When you see commercials for the latest and greatest lose weight quick scam I mean pill and you just yell NO and dread the threads that will follow
So true... I yell at those damn HCG commericals on the radio. They piss me off.
I don't get why HCG is still on the radio, I could have swore I seen on the news one day it was banned by the FDA. but Sensa is having to pay off A Lot of people they falsely advertised to and they are still advertising the exact thing they were sued for on the radio. diet pills booooo.0 -

We have APs too! But we can only go twice a year since we live in WI. Boo!

As above. I enter what I'm *going to* eat before I do & then decide if I'm willing to invest the cals (or carbs or what-have-You) or make a different choice that will leave me more for later!
I do that all the time.
