    Absolutely amazing progress, well done on your weight loss and fitness gain. Very inspiring. You look lots younger, it's like looking at pictures of the overweight older guy and his fitter younger brother. This is a brilliant achievement with an important message, consistency, commitment and moderation. Good luck on getting to your final goal weight and many congratulations on your changes to date.     Awesome story. Thank you for sharing your successes.
    It is amazing that we have similarities in our stories (stopping smoking, one year later concentrating on the journey to a healthier person, even the starting weight was pretty darn close).
    Anyway.....like I said before, you are an inspiration and a great MFP friend.
