I got hurt feelings rereading my post
The words I had written
Were done eating toast
Without butter or honey
I felt really lame
Some things in life are not Fun & Games

But just don’t teach them that words can help them succeed
They need to know that the wrong ones can impede
Because every Instagram and facebook comment, every tweet
Is out there forever for anyone to see and to repeat
What may be innocent, or said in the moment or out of frustration
can lead to suspension, expulsion or even incarceration!
