My grab and go breakfast was: 2 boiled eggs, 2 baby bell light cheese and a banana. Not all fancy like most of your breakfasts; but fills me up

Sunny side up egg on two slices of tomato and half a sourdough English muffin sprinkled with just a pinch of shredded cheddar for flavor and some lemon pepper. Had a 1/2 cup of chobani plain yogurt to go with it.

Same thing I have every weekday.

    Two servings egg substitute
    Sriracha
A handful of diced peppers (today they just happened to be orange. Tomorrow will be green)
    Two slices toast

Prepared in a pan, it's worth the 8-10 minutes. I hate microwave eggs and microwaved egg substitute never really cooks.

    Coffee.

Weekends add in pancakes or other stuff, depending on what the kids want.

That sounds good. I love these threads for new ideas.
