My homemade breakast smoothie. 1 cup fat free milk, 1 banana, 1/2 cup berries, 1 tbls ground flaxseed, 1 packet stevia, 6 cubes ice all blended together. I put in my cup and drink it on the way to work.0

Latest breakfast that I enjoy...
1 cup of quick oats oatmeal
80 g (3/8 cup) of pure pumpkin
Add very hot water and cook in microwave for 2 min. Add sugar substitute.

Cup of plain nonfat yogurt with half a banana cut up and mixed into it with a packet of stevia for sweetener. And I ate the other half of the banana. Water to drink. The yogurt with banana and stevia was really good.0

I did the Pinterest thing and baked a batch of eggs with kale and avocado in my muffin pan, so one of those and a banana--not bad!0

Home made banana smoothie with blackberries, skimmed milk, mango and a few porridge oats. It got me through a workout and through until lunch.0

2 cups coffee, 2 ham and cheese muffins (my own recipe) a touch of butter on each of the muffins. debating on if i want a banana or a yogurt. i have room, but i'm kinda full from the 2 cups of coffee.
ETA: if anybody wants my muffin recipe, message me, because i likely wont see this post again. each muffin is 157 calories.and is also an easy way to use leftover ham.

I had a big coffee with cream & sweetner (lovvvvvvvvvvve) and an English muffin with Kraft PB and Honey (this stuff is so good).0

I had coffee with cream and sugar, a 2 egg omelet with spinach, scallions and some mini peppers along with yogurt topped with my granola. So good!0
