Stop.
You aren't going to lose 10 pounds in a week, no matter what you do.0 -
Are you kidding me?
Knock it off.0 -
You should have started a year ago...0
-
You didn't gain 20lbs in 2 weeks, then you are NOT going to lose 20lbs in 2 weeks.
It takes time. Start eating at a calorie deficit and continue til you get to your goal weight.
No shortcuts here.0 -
20 pounds in two weeks. lol0

Did you just find out or remember that summer starts in a few months???
Here's a helpful tip: it will also start about twelve months from when it starts this year. Use *that* as a goal date. Meanwhile, implement the necessary steps *now* so you aren't making a post just like this one in twelve months.0 -
OP, please stop. Seriously. Just stop. These posts are not good for you or for anyone else that may be new.
Here's some info to read that hopefully will educate you and give you some insight so you can actually succeed in a healthy way (healthy being both physically and mentally).

lose 20 in 2 weeks?
Give birth. I lost like 24 pounds right after the birth...that included my child, the placenta, amniotic fluids/extra blood, but if you're not just about to give birth and it doesn't look like you are, you're out of luck.0 -
Its taken me 7 months to lose 25lbs. I think you're in over your head.0
-
You won't have a different answer.0

It takes roughly a 3500 calorie deficit to lose one pound. This means it would take a deficit of 35,000 for the week (5,000 calories PER DAY) to burn that off.
To put in perspective, I just looked at my last week's burn with exercise was just under 28,000. Meaning to reach that goal, I would have to add an additional 1,000 calorie burn PER DAY and not eat ANYTHING to achieve this. I am obese, so my BMR is higher than your normal person, and I also exercise 6 days a week as is.
Weight loss is simple math/science. Once you figure this out, you will be much better off.0 -
OP, you forgot the rest of the topic. I think you meant to say "60 lbs before the summer of 2015". Right?0
-
I started at your weight and have lost 22 lbs in 3 months. That's tracking food very carefully and exercising 6 days a week for at least 2 hours a day.
If you are serious and not just trolling, feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like to go about this the healthy, sustainable way. Slow and steady really does win the day when it comes to losing weight.0 -
Yes, absolutely. Summer 2015.0

Nope. 57 pounds took me a year. It was hard work.0

This.
It took me almost a year exactly to lose 60 pounds. The good news is, if you start now, imagine where you'll be in 12 months!0 -

Why is it not going fdast enough? Where's the fire?
Did you put on 60 pounds in under four months? You know you didn't. So it is not possible, feasible or reasonable to expect the weight to come off that fast.0 -
Ask Rachel Frederickson how she did it and you'll see that it wasn't the healthy way!! Wow if only I could take a magic pill to make me super skinny!!0
-
You don't need to, you just want to. Stick with a healthy, sustainable weight loss (keeping your expectations in check) and you'll definitely look better this summer (you have three months). Keep going and you'll look even better NEXT summer.0
