    Recently my "just for todays" have been negative and gained me 6 lbs. over my desired range. So I was glad to see this again so I could reverse things into a positive direction instead. Making it one day at a time is sometimes the best we can do, but that's ok.

    I can certainly empathise with all of these posts. I focus so much on what I will do tomorrow that today gets to have a hall pass to do whatever. My child's birthday was just yesterday and I found myself overindulging in sweets. So much so that my dinner was nothing but sweets. I logged everything with a red face.

    For today; I will focus on today to avoid the shame tomorrow.
