I really have no specific number, so anything in between there is okay for me.0 -
My goal weight is also around 135 - 140. Maybe even more because I want more muscular than I was when previously at that weight. I have been 125 - and it was too skinny (hard to believe at my current 192, lol). 140 with good muscle tone, maybe a size 6 and I will be happy!0

ah, i have an ED too so i'm going for underweight
you can go for 115 to 125. you'll be skinny and still be at a healthy weight.0 -

But for most of the last 10 years I have weighed between 125-135.

I am 5ft 3 and I I have enough muscle tone that I need to say around 130 I got down to 120 and below and was unhealthy so for me this is where my body feels comfortable0

Im like 5'4 and a half....Anyways. I started at 217, currently at 193. I am very hippy, and very well endowed--mine seems high but my goal is like 165-170. I was 175 before, and I looked awesome . At 193, I am currently in a 30 waist--or size 10. dress size is probably a 12. So I think another 25 lbs will take me right to where I want to be.0

For that height a goal of 115-125 is healthy (I wouldn't go below 110 tho). Start at 100lbs for 5 foot and add 5lbs for each inch. Small frame (wrist circumference of 6" don't add lbs), medium frame (wrist circumference of above 6" to 6.25" add 5-10lbs), and large frame (wrist circumference above 6.25" add 10-15lbs). I am 5'2" so I would start at 110lbs and have large frame so I add 15lbs (my goal weight is 125lbs). I hope this helps you!0

Goal weight: I could live with getting to a fit 110 this summer, but 115 is fine, too.0 -
I started at 262 (and that wasn't even my highest) so my first goal is 162. I'll see how I look and feel and decide my ultimate goal from there.0

Wow...the different ways women carry their weight and the variance in sizes always amaze me, I'm 5'4" also and approx. 164lbs and I'm BUSTING out of my size 12 pants! And there is NO WAY I could get into a size 10 ANYTHING!0 -

In 2009 I went from 215 to 160. I was a size 8 so that's not a bad goal. I'm back at 211 right now going for 130. If I get to 150-160 and I'm happy then I won't worry about getting any smaller.0

I'm 5'2'' and hoping for 120-125! It's more important for me to be fit than have the scale dip to 110.0

I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is 145-150...I'm pretty top heavy and no matter what my weight this is always the case so 135, although ideal for my height, isn't realistic.0

I don't have a clue where *I* want my goal weight to be. at the moment, my eating disorder wants my weight to be 105lbs - I want to recover but lose weight at the same time. I am nowhere near underweight - 167lbs, 5ft 4.

Depends on your body composition, how much body fat vs lean tissue you have.
I'm 5'5" and currently have a body comp of 28% body fat. I'd like to get between 165-170 and maintain the 135 lbs of lean tissue I have. More lean tissue = more calorie burning = more food to maintain!
Have you ever had this done? According to BMI, my "healthy" weight range is 111-149. If I made it to 149 with maintaining my lean tissue, I'd be 9.3% body fat. Much too low for a woman of child bearing age.0
