Workout 5-6 times a week
I started lifting beginning of year, I also like to spin, swim, run, pretty much anything!

I'm not too concerned with the number on the scale. I want to focus on gaining lean mass and lowering my body fat. I just finished insanity and am starting the 10,000 kettlebell swing challenge. I work out regularly but have the habit of overeating especially when studying.

I work out at least 5 days a week, mainly cardio (running), 2x week insanity type class when fits my schedule and working on adding more strength training. Mostly eat "clean" but I'm not a tyrant about it, it's just what has worked for me. Married 19 years, mother of 2 teenagers and work with autistic children full-time.
