    goal ??? I am more working on body composition and reducing body fat% although I haven't lost weight in months I am losing inches
    I eat at 20%TDEEE
    Workout 5-6 times a week
    I started lifting beginning of year, I also like to spin, swim, run, pretty much anything!

    I'm not too concerned with the number on the scale. I want to focus on gaining lean mass and lowering my body fat. I just finished insanity and am starting the 10,000 kettlebell swing challenge. I work out regularly but have the habit of overeating especially when studying.

    It would be nice to have weight loss twin for that extra bit of motivation and support :)

    I work out at home, 5-6 days a week. I currently love Les Mills workouts, pump and combat. Just started integrating pump to start learning more strength training for my final stretch to my "goal"!

    I work out at least 5 days a week, mainly cardio (running), 2x week insanity type class when fits my schedule and working on adding more strength training. Mostly eat "clean" but I'm not a tyrant about it, it's just what has worked for me. Married 19 years, mother of 2 teenagers and work with autistic children full-time. Love to motivate others, I log everyday and check out the forums here and there. Send me a request if we have similar goals, age, etc. Thanks!

    Just started and trying to get the hang of eating right and working out. I have failed at losing weight every time I have tried, and every time I gave up I gained a bit more weight. I am now the heaviest I have ever been in my life and I hate it.. Hoping this time will be different
