I work out at home, 5-6 days a week. I currently love Les Mills workouts, pump and combat. Just started integrating pump to start learning more strength training for my final stretch to my "goal"!0 -

I work out at least 5 days a week, mainly cardio (running), 2x week insanity type class when fits my schedule and working on adding more strength training. Mostly eat "clean" but I'm not a tyrant about it, it's just what has worked for me. Married 19 years, mother of 2 teenagers and work with autistic children full-time.
