Run 6 miles, and feel like I should run a couple of more (but I don't because of risk of injury). A month ago, 2 miles no-stop was tough.0

Run for 3 minutes straight - and I did it twice during my walk/run today. I used to run quite a bit and actually did 2 half marathons. But then I allowed other things in my life to take over, and I stopped. Doing my best to get back to being a runner.0

I'm finally pushing myself harder with planking. I can pretty easily do a minute but before, that was it. After that minute I just couldn't get back up. Now, I can get a second minute in! Need to just do 2 minutes altogether but just hadn't managed that yet. What about you, what can you do now that you couldn't 30 days ago?0
