    To everyone else, I commend this man for his awesome dedication! He said it best: consistent, small changes are all it takes! This guy has proven nothing less than fabulous with his success -- he throws away some lbs EVERY week. Okay, well maybe there was 1 week without change over the last 60-ish he's been here. lol
