    OP - I-LOVE-YOU!!:flowerforyou:

This is amazing - only took half of 3 minutes for me...maybe my mug was too small but it was lovely - had mine with cashew butter and was like the perfect breakfast!

baltimorebroa...: I think the nutritional info is based on a few things like how big the banana you use and the type of protein powder. I created it as a new recipe and this is my nutritional for it:

    Calories: 232
    Carbs: 18g
    Fat: 7g
    Protein: 26g

One I'll have to remember for my over-ripe bananas

I tried with 30g of Greek yogurt to make it moister... it worked! Delicious with some jelly on top too..

Tried it today! Seriously delicious - be aware that you need to make it in a BIG mug, or a bowl! I made it to the T, with the exception that I used a whole banana and added 1/4 cup of almond milk (it seemed REALLY dry when I was done mixing it).

The flavor is incredible, but I feel like it would benefit from having some butter added ;) so I think the next time I make this I'll melt a tbsp of butter in the mug before I whisk the egg. I don't mind the extra calories one bit!

I used this as my post-workout protein "smoothie" with the protein powder in it. Great idea, and thank you so much for posting it!
