I have to do this in three stages to match my ticker:
1. The first 60
2. 5 years
3. Don't know, didn't track it
4. None
5. Ditto, obviously (I ended up at about 35% body fat.)
1. The next 25
2. 1.5 years
3. Netting 1200 (this really sucked, btw, and I ended up with serious issues related to undereating.)
4. Six (all cardio)
5. About 300 (About 27% BF)
1. The last 15
2. Six months
3. Between 2000 and 2400 calories
4. Six (lifting x 3, cardio x2, one active rest day)
5. Don't track it now, but less than 300. (I started TDEE and my exercise is included in my calorie goal. I'm at about 18-19% BF now.)
I now maintain at 2500-2600. The moral of my story is lift weights and eat enough to fuel that.0 -
