    3. I am not strictly tracking but cut out sugary drinks and reduced snacking. I guess I was netting around 1500 during the week. Weekends are probably higher because I don't pay attention then and eat what I want.
    4. Started with 3 days running and later on added 3 days weightlifting so 6times a week
    5. Not sure how much weight lifting burns but running is between 200-300cal

    I am 5.9 tall and didn't have a lot to loose which is why it took me longer. I am basically at my goal weight now and my current goal is body recomposition

    4. How many days a week you worked out: First month, none, then started adding in... was in the gym 5 days a week for 2 months before some recent work stuff... now I just try to be as active as I can and get in what I can and as many steps on my fitbit as possible!
    5. How many calories did you burn during your workout: Cardio days, 300+ per machine totals, weights days unsure.

    Orginally 75, but I gained 10lbs back... So 65lbs

    1200-1300... but I wasn't eating enough, I know for a fact.

    Started off walking 5kms a day, 5 days a week, and than began jogging for about an hour 3-4 times a week.

    I honestly did not count them. Now I burn about 400 during my jog.... trying to lose some belly fat and than strength training I tend to burn 250.

    0-4; some weeks 4, some weeks 0, probably average 1 b/c i didn't work out for the first 3 weeks & haven't been much last few

    1700 calories per day
    workouts; highly variable; gardening, farm work, haying, moving and stacking firewood, loading and unloading feed sacks and hay wagons, feeding and watering livestock, whatever it took to get the job done each day. Once in a while, 30 to 45 minutes on my elliptical machine, but mostly farm labor.

    Not done. I figure I'll be working on building muscle by winter. Hopefully I will just keep on improving. At least, that is the plan. Why would I ever want to be "done?"

    Don't know & don't care. There really aren't accurate methods of figuring this. Add to that the fact that it is much more complicated than calories in, calories out. But, I'm definitely doing it right despite all that. lol...

    3. How many calories you were eating a day: Jan. net averaged 1550, February net averaged 1650, I don't know the average for March yet but it's definitely around net 1500-1600.
    4. How many days a week you worked out: 4-7, really varied on how busy my weeks were...
    5. How many calories did you burn during your workout: between 60-350 (and yes, I ate back my exercise calories.)

    A short walk would burn 60, a 3 mile run burns about 350.
