    2. How long it took: 6 1/2 years from start to goal, been on maintenance for 4 years

    3. How many calories you were eating a day: Varied from the time I started until now... now I am trying to lose 1/2 lb/week so 1445 calories a day + exercise calories.

    4. How many days a week you worked out: When I started, none. Walking was my only form of exercise until I lost 80 pounds, then I started running. Now I work out 5 to 6 days a week (3 days of running, 2 or 3 days of strength training)

    5. How many calories did you burn during your workout: It varies from 100 to 1100 - depending on if I'm doing strength training or doing an 11 mile run. But average I would say my daily average is about 400 to 600.
