Have you tried the sugar free gums? Each piece is less than 5 calories plus they come in seriously amazing flavors like watermelon, mint chocolate chip, strawberry, and tons of other desserts. Fabulous flavor without the guilt0

Ok I just tried this recipe
http://livinghealthywithchocolate.com/desserts/fudgy-pumpkin-blondies-gluten-grain-dairy-free-paleo-2791/
Pumpkin blondies (fudgy deliciousness)
2 cups almond flour (I used Bobs Red Mill All Purpose since I have lots of it on hand)
½ cup flaxseed meal (I used two T of I can't believe its not butter light)
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (optional)
½ cup raw coconut palm sugar (I used stevia!)
½ teaspoon salt
1 egg (I used 1/4 cup of egg beater original replacement, ran out of eggs)
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup (or more) chocolate chunks (I used 9 T of mini chocolate chips)
Mix everything together until thoroughly combined.
The original recipe calls for a flat pan; but I made them into individual portions using a cupcake pan!
Cook at 350F for 16 minutes. (Don't cook the original 25 minutes if using the cupcake tins)
Makes 12 cupcakes.
When I made it each cupcake was super dense, rich, and sweet.
All for 140 calories each!
CANNOT BEAT IT!!!!0
