    3/3 – Rest Day

    3/5 – 1 mile run plus cross training (strength and bike)
    3/6 – 5.37 miles (12x400 intervals)
    3/7 – 2.13 miles (plus strength and bike)
    3/8 – 7.08 miles (bridges)
    3/9 – 6.0 miles (plus bike 5 miles)
    3/10 – 4.3 miles
    3/11 – Rest Day (6 hours of yard work. No time or energy to run.)
    3/12 – 3.24 miles (easy)
    3/13 – 5.3 miles (Was supposed to be a rest day but couldn’t keep myself inside. Hope I don’t pay for it on Saturday.)
    3/14 – Rest Day (15 K race on Saturday)
    3/15 – 9.59 miles (Gate River Run-15K 1:35:28. Accomplished goal!)
    3/16 – 4.05 miles (recovery run)
    3/17 – Rest Day
    3/18 – 6.06 (negative splits)

    3/20 – Rest Day
    3/21 – Travel Day

    Finally made it! YAYYY! My first running challenge complete after thinking I might not get time to finish off due to recent weather and things coming up, but i've ended on a high today after a terrible attempt the other night ended at 3.4km (I was knackered), I have just done my longest run to date at 12km's and am THRILLED! :bigsmile:

    3/10 6 miles - outside
    3/12 3 miles - outside
    3/13 2 miles - outside
    3/16 6 miles - outside
    3/18 6 miles - outside
    3/28 2 miles - outside (cr@p run)
    3/30 7.4 miles - outside & longest run so far :happy:

    So finishing on 38.4 miles out of 35 pledged. I found this really motivating and will definitely have another go although will probably wait until May as I am moving house in 2 weeks, hope everyone else is going well! :drinker:

    It looks like I am about 40 miles short of my goal this month. I was babying my leg leg while it was recovering from my 10K injury.

    All. Congratulations to everyone that participated this month's running challange. You all did great. I personally struggled as I already noted above with my goal this month as I was battling some injuries still on my left leg. The good news is that I think I am working out all the issues with the rest I gave. I am looking forward to see if I can get my miles back up in April. I do have a half that I will be running on the 13th, so we will see what I can do.

    So it's that time to start a new monthly challange. I already just posted it. Feel free to declare your goals and start logging them tommorow. Good Luck and Thanks again!!!

    Had to raise my goal again. This time to 55!
    Had to raise my goal to 45 since I have already crushed my goal of 35 :smokin:
    I only am able to run on the week-ends and I am going on vacation during the last weekend but I will join in.
    All my runs are outside on the ice and snow.
