I'm in! Tomorrow is my last day doing a Biggest Loser 12 week challenge and although I will not be the winner, I think I'll weigh in around 10-12 pounds lighter. I'd love to add some of you to my friend list for this challenge. Feel free to add me too. Oh and about the sweets, I will not give up the occasional sweet but I'd like to challenge myself to eating less unhealthy carbs.0

I'll give it a try. I just started back up counting calories and man they add up fast!! I eat a lot of bread so that will have to be cut in half if not more. I want to loose at least 5 pounds but afraid to set a goal any higher becuz I don't want to get discouraged and then feel like quitting. So I'll say 5+ for now and see what happens! :-D0
