Would love to join! This will be my second month on my new lifestyle/eating and exercise program, and I have a feeling I'll need a bit of motivation from others.
Last month, I tried to exercise at least 2 days per week. This month, I would like to increase to 4 days per week.

My hardest time of the day is getting home; I snack until I go to bed. I try to eat healthy snacks like almonds or mixed nuts, Turkey Breast slices ect.. but I will eat 1/2 a can of mixed nuts ( you cant just eat a handful) ... I am really struggling with snacking in the evenings..0 -

I've had an awful time with motivation, family tragedy, personal tragedy, it's truly everything I can do to not drink all of the time. I guess just seeing the scale move a bit is my motivation. Sorry for the weak inspirational comment, but thanks for having me!0 -
