    My current weight was after a big binge weekend, so I've almost recovered. I've been at 176 for a while, so I'm really going to try and shoot for 171 for the end of the month.

    Motivation: just finished 30ds. feeling stronger and more focused. The evenings are lighter, the weather is warmer. I WILL be back in my skinny jeans by the end of April!!!

    Going to 1500 cals has worked well for me. So going to stick around there.

    I really have been trying this week wow! I lost 3.6 BUT the guests that were supposed to come and stay for the weekend didn't so now I have a bunch of junk food in the house. We really have put a dent in it so I have to throw the rest out. The garbage has to take it or I will eat it :(
