 Want to lose 10kg to start with, maybe 5kg more later.

 Not sure how well this will go. I'm now doing exercises I haven't done in a long time and the time isn't there. My walking that I love I got used to, so I hit a plateau. Now trying something different, but I can't do it as long since I'm just starting out with these things in 30 years.0

            Hey I'm new to this website and I'm sure it's written somewhere but I just cant find it... What is the 24 hour challenge?
 I assume it's when you try to clock in 24 hours of work out in a month's time. Are there specific types of exercises that don't count? Either way it' 12:30 where I am and I just completed 20 minutes of in-house cardio.... so I guess I've got 1420 to go.... 0 0
