    New to the site (I joined forever ago... then didn't log in until a couple of weeks ago :S) so this will be the first time I attempt the 24 hour challenge thing.
    Unfortunately I was ill last week, so I'm going to have to work hard for the rest of the month I suppose!

    24 Hour Challenge = 1,440 minutes

    4/01 ........................................Ran 6.08 miles in 58 minutes (avg pace 9'32"). Remaining time spent walking. Total for day 70 minutes.
    4/02 ....................................... Walked 25 minutes at 3.o pace
    4/03 .......................................Ran 6 miles in 56:51 minutes (avg pace 9'29") then walked an additional 13 minutes. Total for day 70 minutes
    4/04 .......................................Ran 4.09 miles in 40 minutes (avg pace 9'46") then walked for an additional 10 minutes. Total for day: 50 minutes
    4/05 ....................................... Cleaned - power washed house, moved lawn furniture & power washed / scrubbed. Total for day: 90 minutes
    4/06 ...................................... Ran 10 miles (with hills) in 94:37 minutes (avg pace 9'26") and then walked sloooow pace for an additional 10 minutes!! It was a beautiful day to be outside!! Total for day: 105 minutes
