            New to the site (I joined forever ago... then didn't log in until a couple of weeks ago :S) so this will be the first time I attempt the 24 hour challenge thing.
 Unfortunately I was ill last week, so I'm going to have to work hard for the rest of the month I suppose!

            I would love to join in for the rest of the month, I usually exercise quite a bit but have gotten off track this past week due to sick children. I could use the motivation to make up the time I've missed!
