I just found out I passed the bar exam on Friday and I am getting married in 6 months, so I'm excited to make some changes and get back on track! I had gotten down to 145 last summer and gained back half of the weight I lost while studying for the bar exam. I would like to end the month with a BMI in the normal range again if possible. Have a great week everyone! I am on the 3rd week of a 3X per week boot camp (MTuTh at 6 pm) and it's pouring down rain, but I know it will still be a great day.0 -

04/05: 165.4 (weighed myself around 8am, right after I woke up, which probably explains the 2.7 pound loss in 5 days!)
I'm going to focus on only weighing myself in the morning from now on for the most accurate readings. I should note that on Thursday evening (4/3), I got on the scale and it said 170, so it just goes to show how much weight can fluctuate based on the time of the day, and the effect your water and food consumption throughout the day can have on the number of the scale. Also, after everything I ate on Sunday, I'm pretty sure I haven't held onto that 165.4!0 -

Been sick with a cold for the past 4 days, still recovering now. I am so mad that the very first perfect spring weather weekend was wasted due to sickness.... even when i was bound in bed for whole 3 days, i was stressed out! Of course, on my first day back, it must rain.... but I had to walk at least a mile during my lunch break. ---> this is going to make me feel better for the rest of my week, don't you think?

I am doing T25 to get me there, the end of this month will put me on pace to be done with the Alpha phase.

I think I completed this challenge in a little over 7 days into April. I lost 5 pounds in a week. Not sure how that's possible. And I weigh myself thrice aday. It's T25 alpha which got me to jumpstart it though. Finished the alpha phase on Sunday and lost 12 pounds from that.0

Last month I hurt my back and was unable to exercise for a week. This month I want to work on getting back into my running routine and developing a good strength training plan. My motivation is a 5K I have on April 26th (I'd like to run as much as I can!).0 -
Well my first weigh-in for this challenge didn't go as well as I expected, I did not lose anything this week but on the bright side I didn't gain either so I moving into this week with a positive attitude an a will to push harder.
