    Goals: lol I had 2 cheat days this week but I honestly think it's helping with plateaus and shocking my body. Other than that, i've kept to my meal plans and everything lost 2 lbs this week!

    I just found out I passed the bar exam on Friday and I am getting married in 6 months, so I'm excited to make some changes and get back on track! I had gotten down to 145 last summer and gained back half of the weight I lost while studying for the bar exam. I would like to end the month with a BMI in the normal range again if possible. Have a great week everyone! I am on the 3rd week of a 3X per week boot camp (MTuTh at 6 pm) and it's pouring down rain, but I know it will still be a great day.
