My motivation this week was adding great friends to my mfp list to help keep each other motivated and supported..
I have really put effort into keeping myself and my friends motivated and feeling supported!!! I find it so much easier with support from friends!!

Lost 2lbs this week
I tried something very boring last week but it work. Shampoo, rinse and repeat - the same breakfast, the same lunch and pretty close to the same dinner. It worked though. I am down more than 5lbs so far for April and it's been years since I have dropped more than 2lbs in a week. I think it's also because I am reporting my progress.
@Trix5884 you got to the gym a lot! That is great, like you I had a hiccup last night - weekend thing? You still lost so awesome job.0 -

Lost 2lbs this week

I do go alot - lol. It's a great stress reliever for me before I get home. I live with my boyfriend, our 5 kids, and his two friends (yes we have a house with plenty of room for that many people though lol). So needless to say there isn't much me time when I get home. The gym gives me that - it's my oasis....lol. My hiccups seem to be friday nights. Last week my son had an Easter Program, Yesterday I stayed up way to late socializing. Yup - a loss is a loss- I'll take it any day!0 -

Total weight lost: 1.2 lbs counting from my water weight gain last week. Only 0.2 lbs counting from my start weight at the beginning of the month.
I learned my lesson after last week, no alcohol the day before weigh in! I wasn't as strict with exercise this week, just because it's been a bit crazy and I've been super busy. I did a much better job staying within my calorie goals and did not allow myself to binge this week. I did have an issue with my FitBit One not being on one day this week, which messed with my calorie goals for the day but it doesn't seem to have caused any problems.
@Trix5884 - Great loss! With that many people in my house, I would have to work out at the gym as well. My husband likes to watch me work out, which makes me really self conscious.
@bestmeicanbe1 - Wow! Awesome job! Looks like you should hit your goal for the month and exceed it!0 -

Motivation: I tried green dinner smoothies instead of salads towards the end of the work week. I go to bed hungry but it feels good not to be bloated. I'm not going to do this all the time but it's good to be able to cut out the calories from the salad dressing sometimes.0 -

I don't actually weigh in until Sunday or Monday but here I am so far. I'm also scared to weigh in because I am at the 3-4 pound range where I ALWAYS get stuck, get frustrated, and quit. My body seems to fight me around 210 and no matter what I do I don't seem to get below it. Yes, I got to 209, but the doubt is there that I'll go back up and won't get any lower. I'm really trying not to stress about it cause I know I tend to hold weight when I stress.

Motivation: A couple of days ago I dug out my high school prom dress and the dress I wore at my sister's wedding. I was under 200 when I wore both of them (between 160 and 180 probably, but it's been over 20 years, so I'm a little fuzzy on the exact weights). The prom dress fit (it is a really loose dress.. makes me look like a roman pillar or something) and I could get the other dress on, but not zipped (it was more form fitting, and didn't fit me right to start with, so i'm ok with that.) But I got them on the body. Now to get them to the point where they are both falling off. it'll take a while, but I'm worth it.0 -
