Cinnamon Disc hard candies. The are the only thing I have yet to over come. Tried again over the last two days, they still won. Nothing else, but all food is a danger zone when I am tired and stressed out. I am a work in progress.0

Brownies, cheesecake, brownie cheesecake, cheesecake brownies...
seriously, someone brought cheesecake brownies to work a few weeks ago. I ate 3,,, and then I mourned them. lol so good. I refuse to make them.
But normally. Chips. or restaurant chips and salsa. lol, poutine, and anything that is combined chocolatey and cakey...0 -
Trail mix or mixed nuts. Absolutely zero self control so I have to buy it bulk and only buy maybe a half cup at a time.0
-
sweet carbs. Like frosted soft sugar cookies, cinnamon rolls, or danish, cake, also rolls of any kind!0

Seeing a lot of Girl Scout cookies here. I must admit they never did anything for me. Now if you're talking about fresh out of the oven homemade chocolate chip cookies then that's a different story.0

Ice cream snickers bars
Ben & Jerrys
Potato Chips
Keep it away from me or I will eat it ALL0 -
Dark chocolate almond butter.
Jalapeno cheetos.
Those are my big 2.0 -
Chips and salsa, Kettle jalapeno potato chips...
Actually, I can eat these in moderation if I put just a serving or two in a bowl or whatever...but usually these things are out in a large bowl or platter when we have guests or parties so I devour them all...especially if I've been drinking beer. Fortunately, I still basically consider it moderation since that only happens once or twice per month or so.0 -
After eights, eat natural bars, and spicy asian nut mix (which is in the house every week though because my family likes it too!) I have to put the container with the nuts on the top shelf so I have to climb to get it, and put a small serving in a bowl, or I will scarf down the entire container in about an hour.
And cereal. Thank god I stopped eating most of them when I became aware of the sugar contents in some!0 -
Cheese and Garlic croutons with blue cheese dressing.
At least now the Litehouse brand makes a Greek yogurt dressing....0 -
Buffalo Wild Wings, creme wafer cookies, Starburst Jelly Beans, Baby Ruth candy bars....Yep I will eat the whole box or bag of ALL of those if they're within my line of sight or reach!!0
-
Peanut butter xtra crunchy on just about anything - and OMG I'm sooooooo glad jelly bean season is ALMOST OVER...I could eat a whole bag of Starburst jellybeans.....0

Mmm pizza, anything with chocolate, Doritos or Pringles, and sometimes peanut butter.
I've learned to stop buying croutons for salad, because they never make it to the salad - I snack out of the bag and finish it in 2 or 3 sittings. Just having the croutons in the house, unopened, makes me crave them. Bought them 3 different times before I learned my lesson.
Oh and homemade cookies! Number one weakness.0 -
Reese Peanut Butter cups0

It would appear that I cannot be trusted when left alone with my home-made chilli chocolate black bean brownies.
That is now three times recently where I have made approximately 12-15 of these brownies and ate them all before anyone else could get near them!
When still warm from the oven the aroma is irresistible and even worse when a large dollop of vanilla ice cream finds its way onto the plate!0 -
Baked doritos or pringles. I always end up eating the bag/can in like 2 days.0
-
Dry Roasted Peanuts and Peanuts in the Shell....I will eat them until I hate myself but there is just something about them that hooks me in.0

Ice cream0

LOL!!!! Yeah, really! I was a vegan for about 3 years following a diagnosis of pre-diabetes. I was in my kitchen one day and I was jonesin' for something, I had no idea why I was feeling that way. I had this horrible need for a certain texture. I tried flour, baking soda, and then I came across corn starch and it was as if I was a junkie getting a fix for the first time. The texture was exactly what I needed. I have been struggling with this for a few years and I even stopped being a vegan and put meat back into my diet to see if it could eliminate the desire to eat corn starch but to no avail! I never had a desire to eat corn starch until I switched to a Vegan diet and it has never made sense to me. (or anyone else for that matter!) The reason I'm exercising and counting calories and on the Venus Program is because I have gained too much weight by not exercising AND consuming at least 4 boxes a day! It's hard to break the habit...but I'm trying really hard!!! Oh and for the record, you will be surprised by how many people have this fetish for corn starch. It's called Pica!0

So I had this plan Saturday of making a package of bacon, dehydrating it, then freezing it for snacks during the week. Yeah that did not go as planned at all. I think I've discovered that bacon (and buffalo wings) are my kryptonite. Better to just not buy and live without
What about you guys?0 -
Peanut butter M&M's. They are the debil!!!:devil:0
