    Oh I'm in for this too! :happy:

    We're halfway through April so I will aim to lose 3 lbs, or approximately 1.5 kg, by the 30th. So I should weigh 77.3 kg by the end.

    P.S. Does anyone have any helpful hints for remembering where you last posted so you can copy/paste your previous entries?

    I just made a text file and saved it on my desktop. Just edit the file, save it, and copy it to a new post. Seemed easier than scrolling through pages. :)

    Motivation for me was not to create old bad habits. I also needed to get my sleep schedule back on track. I also made sure I got my water. I ate less calories on days I didn’t work out. I worked out more (6x) than I had the past weeks (4x).

    Chrysta: “I’m where I wanna be”…..good words to keep the focus.

    Jodiebear: I hear your frustration. I look at your positives that you lost every week since January & your overall progress. You
    will get to where you wanna be because you have the consistency and persistence! Good work overall.

    Starting description about me: I'm 5'4, 17 year old female, and I've been on this journey since feb 2013! I've lost about 85 pounds all in all but I'm not completely finished, I'm still "overweight" for my height. Anyway, my goal is to become healthy, happy, and live an active life. I've plateaued for the last 4 1/2 months so this is me trying something new for motivation :)

    Okay, so I got "monthly cycle" stuck earlier in the week, but I decided to check again today and it was down another 1.2 pounds! Woohoo!
