If I weren't stuck in the 20th century, I would have one of those fancy devices people use to communicate and take photos. Maybe I'll bring my camera to work with me next time. The bakery up the street here has my favorite: peanut butter cookie with chocolate icing. Yum!
And those PB chocolate cookies sound pretty awesome.

As the title states, today is day one of not eating my daily bagel with cream cheese and 2 cookies in he morning and I'm already start to chew on my arm.

So... What was for breakfast?
I used to work at a bagel place... maybe not as good as the bagels you are used to. But they were still good. Especially right out of the oven. One of my favorites was a cinnamon raison bagel covered in cinnamon and sugar ooey and gooey deliciousness. My other was a chocolate chip bagel with bacon and eggs. mmmm...0 -

Oh, EMS! Have you found yourself wanting to just let people die w/o your bagels? I'm going to try a day without any bread, for no reason in particular, just to kind of make myself miserable, I guess. So I'm with you for today, kinda! No bagels!0

Have your bagel early in the day. Giving up food groups is not the way to lose weight, it's about the whole plan. If you don't have carbs in the day you will pay for it big time in the night. I've struggled most of my life with weight loss issues and different diet strategies. They may work short term but they will not give you lasting results. Look at the big picture calories in/calories out. Good luck to you!!
If it is calories in/calories out, why does it matter what time of day you eat it? I'm not being a smart alike, I really have never heard this.0 -
