    Just started a month ago. I stay at home to take care of disabled husband and my dad. I walk a mile a day and jump on the elliptical twice/day for 15 minutes. When I first started I couldn't even make it through 1 minutes, literally 1 minute. I am in MI.
    Three kids in their 20's and a grand baby :)

    I have been up and down so much. I have always worked out, but not kept the diet like it should be. I dont necessarily want to look 25, but I would love to feel like I was.

    i am a mommy. a food lover.

    Thank god its getting warm because I LOVE to run. I started going to the gym in January. Would like to start lifting. For now I just use all the machines and try real hard to look like a bad *kitten*. ;)

    I want to run 1-2 5ks this summer. Maybe even a 10k by early fall. Eeek!

  • Who's up for some teamwork and accountability? I'd love to have someone to encourage and to encourage me as I work to lose 100 lbs in 12 months.

    I'm a stay-at-home mom of three little kids and I just had foot surgery so exercise has been off the table for a while but I'm ready to get back into the gym. I've also promised my 8 year-old daughter that she would someday see her mom race in a rowing regatta like I did in college. It's time to get going on that promise since I'm not getting any younger.

    New mommy! Gained 24 pounds during pregnancy which brought me to, 224 I managed to drop that pretty quick as I was all belly. But it's time to loose the rest, 5 years in a call centre does wonders.

    gw 125 (and then let it go back up to somewhere in the middle of the 125-130 range when I start to maintain)

    I do evening workouts that can be anything from low-impact cardio to HIIT to strength to pilates to yoga to zumba...I get bored easily and the rotating workouts help keep me fresh and focused. I'm trying to start doing some focused strength training in the mornings to help my results even more (and let me eat more). I try to make 80% of my food choices home-made whole food options.

    I'm a stay at home mom of two teenage daughters and am considered a "caregiver' to my fiance who has Parkinson's Disease. I enjoy anything outdoors like nature trails, the beach, walking around our community and going to the gym. My goal is 140ish cause at first I wanted to join the Army but I don't think I can anymore so I just want to be at a healthy weight for my kids. I could use some motivation from others who are around the same weight. Feel free to add me.

    Beginning a 8 week summer plan today - July 1 and trying to lose about 40 pounds.

    Thereafter, looking to continue my loss until I reach my goal. It's not so much the numbers but how I look and feel. If i'm happy with myself less than 100 lbs, then so be it !!

    Joined the gym recently and also will be doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and fat banishment DVD's...

    I am currently strength training 3X a week with cardio 5X a week (Turbo Fire, Turbo Jam, or interval training). Plus jogging with the dogs on the weekends.
