When I get home it's going to be:

    .5 scoup whey protein vanilla
.5 scoup raw protein (vegan) vanilla
    1 c unsweetened almond milk
.25 c vanilla nonfat greek yogurt
    .5 banana
    6 strawberries

    31 protein ~ 33 carbs ~ 6 fat

    Yummier than it sounds

I do Kimberly Snyder's Golden Green Smoothie!

    1 1/2 cups water
1 head organic romaine lettuce, chopped
3 to 4 stalks organic celery
1/2 head of a large bunch or 3/4 of a small bunch of organic spinach
1 organic apple, cored and chopped
1 organic pear, cored and chopped
    1 organic banana
Juice of 1/2 fresh organic lemon
Optional: 1/3 bunch organic cilantro (stems OK) and 1/3 bunch organic parsley (stems OK)

Blend greens first. Then add pear, apple and celery. Last - Banana and lemon - then ice. You need a very good blender for this smoothie to break down the greens.

    I have a nutribullet, that I adore.

    1 cup kale
    1 banana
    4 prunes
    5 large seeded grapes
    1 tablespoon chia seeds
    1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
    1 tablespoon nutribullet superfood mix

    Yum

    Using the Nutribullet:

    - a handful of spinach
    - one banana
    - a handful of frozen strawberries
    - water

For some reason, this super duper simple recipe is so good! I think it's the sweetness from the strawberries and the thickness from the banana that makes this "smoothie" a frozen treat. I say "smoothie" because it comes out thick, almost like it's a dessert. I haven't advanced my smoothies yet with chia seeds or protein powder or whatever, but I think greens, frozen fruit, and a banana is a good start for a newbie.

Oops, I forgot to indicate that the protein powder is 100% Whey Protein Isolate, and in the mornings I use my Magic Bullet, while in the evenings after I lift, I use my Breville Juicer to juice different fruit and veggies plus the protein isolate and/or Slimfast Powder or Designer Whey.
    My breakfast:

    1 Scoop of protein powder
    1 Tbsp. Chia seeds
    1 Banana
1.5 Cup triple berry blend (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
1 Cup unsweetened almond vanilla milk

banana (frozen) with frozen blueberries and almond milk.

I can't do protein powder in a smoothie, either, it tastes weird after blending but I don't know why?!

Ooh, everyone is so creative. :)
I like cherries and beets with unsweetened coconut milk or carrots and mango with vanilla almond milk. Pineapple and green grapes go great with kale or spinach.

    My usual for breakfast is:

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1/2 banana
    1/2 cup frozen mangoes
    2 Tbsp hemp hearts
1 cup (ish) fresh baby spinach

    Around 250 calories.

This morning I decided to add some plain greek yogurt --- and accidentally used some 10% MF stuff my MIL had left in my fridge (at 170 calories for a 1/2 cup) --- OOPS! I realized my mistake before the hemp hearts went in, so I left those out to try to save my calories (I thought about pouring it all out, but I can't waste food like that!).
