I was looking online and found this comparison chart. I am curious as to which body type most men prefer. I am actually quite surprised by some of the answers I've heard from my guy friends..



I personally like 25% on myself :smile:

    Agree on the 25% F. That or the 30%.

    I'm between the 20 and 25% for M ... working extremely hard to head towards that 15%!!!

    Probably a pretty well documented phenomenon at this point that men like women's curves at lot more than women do.

    FYI For the men, 3-5% is on stage competition lean; not everyday. My husband was 3% for his bodybuilding show and looked amazing but I actually prefer him in his bulking state.

    For the women, IDGAF what other men prefer.

    Somewhere from 25 to 40% would be ideal for my own body. I would be most attracted to the same range, though I am capable of being attracted to women of all shapes and sizes. :smile: I very rarely find men to be attractive, but when I have I believe they are probably in the 20-30% range.
