So to sum up; if a beam of sunlight hits me. I burn.

Irish, German, little Russian and a dash of French.
Burning in sunlight is my life.

It's funny how many Italians are here trying to lose weight.

    ...I'm one of them.

Whelp, my great great great grandfather moved over to Canada from the UK, an English gent, and proceeded to knock boots with a Scots-Irish. Throughout the years my ancestors weren't picky, one even marrying a Blackfoot Indian. My grandfather moved his family down to the States for work and health, and my mom decided to get knocked up at a young age by a guy who decided to tuck tail and run. Judging by my pale appearance, Shaw surname, sandy blonde hair, and red facial hair, I can only assume I'm a...

    ...wait for it....

    MUTT!

English, Irish, Dutch, and Scottish on my mom's side. Not sure about my dad's side but I've seen photos and he has dark skin. Maybe that's why I tan so easily despite being Irish!

Polish on my mom's side, German and Irish on my dad's side. Like you, OP, shine a flashlight on me and I get a sunburn. So I'm pale all year round because whenever I'm outside, I use 50+ sunblock.

Though here in Finland, most people assume I'm Finnish or Russian when they look at me.

About 50% English, 25% French, and then mostly German for the rest, with a little bit of Scottish mixed in. This may not be completely accurate though.

Only 100% positive on my mom's side: English, Irish, Scottish, Ottawa Indian

Dad is adopted and never wanted to know what his heritage is. Based on where he was born though I'll wager a guess that he is also the "Heinz 57" background, as my mom calls it.

French, Chippewa "Indian", and Scottish with a bit of polish and Russian thrown in.

    I'm a weird mix.
  • Scottish, Welsh, French, and Cherokee. The Cherokee is the strongest, but the only traits I have to show for it are high cheekbones and weird feet..
