    24 yo pre law student graduating in Aug diagnosed with PCOS really hoping to hit my GW 2 by graduation and UGW by my birthday in november think I can do it if I stick to my plan :) def need to find a twin to keep me accountable.

    After many failed attempts ready to get serious. Finally found my inner strength! But definitely could use someone with similar goals to help push me and keep me focused since I have no one here for support.

    Although anyone can add me even if we don't have similar goals, support is support! :)
    Just working and trying to figure out my next move.

    Go to the gym usually 4-5 times a week, and do cardio and weight lifting. Looking to get into pole and parkour eventually..

    Just starting my weight loss journey. I've tried to lose weight in the past. Last time I lost 15 pounds with a super low cal diet but then I quickly put the weight back on. This time I'm going to take it really slow and eat 1500-1600 each day hopefully. Also, I LOVE insanity!! :D

    I've read through a bunch and only found one person close to me so here are my stats:

    I am currently strength training 3X a week with cardio 5X a week (Turbo Fire, Turbo Jam, or interval training). Plus jogging with the dogs on the weekends.

    Cardio and Blogilates. I wish I had a gym buddy to lift with since my gym is full of lugs who make you feel very self conscious about touching the free weights.

    Walking, yoga, quickie videos, and hopefully some gym time. I used to use my membership much more, but haven't really felt the love there since we moved to another state. I didn't think it made a difference, but it kinda does!

    I am about 6 months into my journey- my body is definitely more muscular, but the scale is not moving....my size has gone down and I certainly look smaller. But that scale is definitely messing with my mind right now! Married, work full time in NY...love kickboxing and spinning! At the gym 4-5 days a week (usually 5), but also fighting health issues (type 1 diabetes and lupus)

    We're pretty close. I'm 5'4'', 30 with a CW of 138 and GW 130. Usually workout 5 days a week, currently doing T25. I'm losing about 1/2 pound every 10 days or so. Slooooow. Love to be friends :)

    I'm a mum of 3 aged 24, 17 and 14, the eldest has moved out now though, all my exercise has been done by walking the dog miles and miles, I'm just beginning to start a toning programme at home using some 1kg hand weights, I've never toned in my life so looking forward to see where this part of my journey ends up.

    5lbs lost in 14days of using MFP, did a cleanse and juice fast before starting, drinking strictly water (so I don't drink my calories) and stick to a 1200 calorie diet.
    I mostly execise around the house or use the WII.
