    every meal must contain a fat, protein and carb

    that and if i feel full, stop eating. (been raised to finish my plate even when full)

    Honesty. Everything that goes in your mouth gets accurately recorded in MFP.

    mine is to move dinner to lunch then i eat fish or salad with bacon when it comes to 5pm then i can have ice cream or veggie sticks to have with out feeling heavy when i go to bed

    I never, ever eat standing up, or in the car. I do not make a habit of eating alone, either.

    I don't eat something just because it "goes with" whatever else I'm eating.

    Example: if there's a meat & cheese platter with Ritz crackers, I may eat some of the meat and/or cheese but I won't eat the crackers because I don't even LIKE the taste of Ritz crackers.
