im 5'3'' with goal of 130lbs. i joined MFP before 7months and it helped me alot. i lost 10lbs in 5 weeks and was feeling really healthy, strong.. but put on the weight i reduced when my gym closed unexpectedly for 2months.. now im starting it again and i know i can do it..feel free to add0

I'm 49, 5'2" and 139lbs...was 150 when I started a few months back. Gained 30 pounds the last year and a half due to a life altering event. Decided to get my life back in the beginning of this year and have really focused on exercising and eating clean. My goal is 120lbs back to what I was early 2012. I do struggle with understanding how many calories I'm supposed to eat, feeling tired all the time and not getting the energy I hear about that you get from eating right and exercising. This group sounds perfect for me. Please feel free to add.0

I'm 25 & 5'4
Out of college I was about 145...then got an office job and did a whole lot of NOTHING and shot up to almost 190. I went from 188 to 160 in 6 months. My first goal was 160 - I got down to 155 and maintained that for a little more than a year, then started this back up again 3 weeks ago, and am down to 149. My next goal is 140, but would ultimately like to be down to 125...eventually.0 -
I've been on here for since February. I am 5'2"ish and I want to be back down to about 120-125 like I used to be. I currently weigh 152. I lost 12 lbs since march. So thats a start I guess. My problem is that I am super busy with work and have no time. Anybody feel free to add me.0

I am 5’3 and my current weight is 187. I had a baby in September {2nd one} so I am currently on track to lose the baby weight. My pre-preggo weight was 166 but my ultimate goal weight is anywhere between 120-130, which I have never been at my entire adult life… so it would be nice lol.

I'm 5'3ish currently at 136lbs, my goal weight right now is 125lbs but I'd eventually like to get maybe just a bit lower than that! I've been gaining weight steadily since I finished university, even though I probably eat better and definitely drink way less (so confusing!) Trying to figure out a way to boost my metabolism and get back on track. Definitely interested in being part of a group of people with the same goals0

I'm 5'5", 52 yrs old, and initially set out to lose 10 lbs to get to 130. I joined MFP in early Feb. I reached that first goal, was not satisfied with how I looked, set another goal at 127, finally got to that (was stuck around there for 2-3 weeks)...still wanted to try to get a little more off my gut and thighs...set new goal at 125...and today, was 125.8....yay! It helps to see others trying to achieve the same goal. These last few pounds are much harder to get off.0

I'm 5'4 and currently about 131. I was down to 118 last year and doc told me I had to gain a few pounds which I thought was silly because I still had flab (skinny fat!) I've never met an exercise I liked lol. So I took that as a license to eat..alot, and went up to 134. I know I need to avoid losing muscle this time so I'm working on doing that and ideally would like to be around 125.
I do IF (<500 cals) 2 days a week for the health benefits and am very low carb most of the time (I do have cheat days) Anyone can add me, too!0 -

I'm 5'3" and am 132lb at the minute.
Been 125 for about four years and recently put on the 7lb - so mad at myself, although I know it could be worse I am usually very disciplined.
Anyone else find that 7lb is getting on, or rather is a dress size when you are a bit shorter?

I'm 53 and currently 160 lbs, used to be 233. My goal is around the 120-130 range. I've been in a 2 month plateau though so I'm starting to feel like it's impossible to get to that weight.0
