I'm 43 and a dance fitness instructor. Took the summer off so I'm up a few pounds but I'm starting teaching again next week!
Nice to meet everyone! (Oh, I'm 5'2)[/url]

Can you add me to the group please. I am 5'4 currently 155lbs wanting to be around 130ish but I don't focus on the scale as much as I focus on how I feel and how my clothes fit. I was down to 140 and gained weight over the last year. Summers are very hard for me with BBQ's, socializing and not watching what I eat. I also have an underactive thyroid. We can do this ladies0

Sign me up/add me!! I'm 5'3 and a half (notice how tall people never add half or quarter inches in?
) and currently 152. My goal weight is 130. If I can get to 125 I would be ecstatic but would definitely be happy with 130.

Hi - I'm 5'4". Current weight is 160 - I started at 183. It's taken nearly 4 months and I can't seem to budge from this weight - it's 160.8 one day and then 160.2 the next. I log on everyday and only take in 1200 calories. I'd love to be in the 130 range - looked very good at 140! Can anyone help suggest what to do to move below 160?? Why am I stuck??? AAAAAGGGGHHHH0

I'm 170 pounds. It is the most I have ever weighed in my life. I feel like I am not myself anymore. Woke up and this morning and decided I can't live like this. I used to be 130 pounds. I'm 5'4 and 130 pounds is my goal weight. I really hope this works. I am going to try really really hard to work my butt off. Literally.0

Hi Paigey.. you sound a lot like me..
I was always so petitie... but these past few years I have just kept gaining and gaining and am now at 170lbs. I'm 5'3 and need to get down to at 130 at a minimum (preferably 125). I'm tired all the time, feel uncomfortable both physically and emotionally.. I am ready to do this, but I know that I'll be much more sucessful with others at my side!!!
Here's to the next step!!!0
