Me! I'm 5'3" and currently 180. But I'm down from 235. I pack on dense muscle easily so at 130 (at least the last time) I was still tiny, size 2-4. Been a lot of hard work but I'm in it to reach the goal weight.0

I'm 5'2. I have more of a medium build and I have 35 pounds to lose to get down to 140. Some years ago when I was in shape and was at 19% body fat i wasn't below 130. I've always wanted to be lower on the scale but its not healthy for my build. I look better with some curves anyways. Anyways I'm VERY motivated and I love to workout!0

Can you add me to the group please. I am 5'4 currently 155lbs wanting to be around 130ish but I don't focus on the scale as much as I focus on how I feel and how my clothes fit. I was down to 140 and gained weight over the last year. Summers are very hard for me with BBQ's, socializing and not watching what I eat. I also have an underactive thyroid. We can do this ladies0

Hi - I'm 5'4". Current weight is 160 - I started at 183. It's taken nearly 4 months and I can't seem to budge from this weight - it's 160.8 one day and then 160.2 the next. I log on everyday and only take in 1200 calories. I'd love to be in the 130 range - looked very good at 140! Can anyone help suggest what to do to move below 160?? Why am I stuck??? AAAAAGGGGHHHH0
