This morning I had oats with homemade coconut yogurt, peanut butter and sliced banana....holy yum!

english muffin spread with sweet red pepper hummus, topped with an egg (microwaved), spinach, sharp cheddar, and 2 thin slices of turkey ham. Oh, and my coffee w/creamer.

Turkey sausage patty and a smoothie with powdered oatmeal, unsweetened almond milk, greek yogurt, frozen peaches, frozen mixed berries, and spinach. It was my first time trying this recipe; I'll be adding some sweetener next time!0

I had eggs sprinkled with Himalayan Pink Salt & cooked in ghee. I had coffee sweetened with a bit of pure stevia powder and also drank a big glass of cold water.0
