A six pack won't last you long. I really like the Sam Adams Cream Stout, though Shock Top seems really popular around here.0 -
3475638 crunches. Drink lots of water. No sugar, carbs, fruit, or anything that tastes good. Inhale sharply every 3 seconds.
Um, I'm out of crazy ideas.

Firestone Walker is a good brewer, they have 6 packs in some Bevmos.
Stone Brewing Co makes a really good IPA.
I mean, 3 weeks is definitely a long enough time to find some 6 packs.0 -
Grab a six pack of beer. That is the only way you will get one in 3 weeks. Really?0

Aw boo, should've read before I posted, you beat me.0 -
You aren't going to get a 6 pack in 3 weeks. If you wanted abs, you should've started 6 months+ ago. It takes a while to build muscle.
You can start by focusing on abdominal exercises though:
Flat bench lying leg raises
Decline reverse crunch
Hanging leg raises
Swiss ball crunch (weighted)
Weighted cable crunch
Russian twists (weighted)
Weighted cable crossovers
Decline oblique crunch
Lateral flexion with medicine ball (over head)
Lateral flexion with medicine ball (twist)0 -
Not a realistic goal....but do what you can with crunches and ab blast0
