    I had a conservative goal of 30 miles last month because I was going to be out of town for half the month and I'm still running on a treadmill. The week before my trip I wrenched my left leg and I haven't run in 2.5 weeks.

    I'm anxious to start again and hope I haven't blown my tiny number of base miles. I'm going to be conservative this month at 30 miles.

    2.5 miles tonight. Run was pretty solid with a little improvement on time. Part of the run was at 6.3 mph. Most was closer to 5.3.
