    This is from March 2013, at my heaviest. I did Strong Lifts 5x5, upped my calories & put on 12lbs (mostly muscle). I haven't finished my cut (I know, lol, 6lbs lost so far). In this photo I was:

    5'6" 1/2
    148lbs
    22.44% body fat

    Bust: 38"
    Band: 32"
    Waist: 30.5"
    Hipbone: 37"
    Hips: 39"
