    Alas, my grand plan of weight loss progress photos with assorted Doctors is not going to work out - Matt Smith photo doesn't really show the 36 lbs I've lost. Bah. But, here it is:

    Late November 2013, the pictures that finally kicked me awake and got me motivated to lose weight. My all time high weight:

    And today, 36 lbs down, nearly halfway to my goal. I swear I don't have a double chin in ordinary every day life, but I was grinning like an idiot and apparently that gives me a double chin:
