Would like to join you on this weight loss journey. Sadly, or maybe I should say hopefully, this will be the journey where I find the wisdom of maintaining the weight loss. Food has always been my "drug of choice". One of the greatest challenges is finding something to replace that life long comfort. May we all find the strength and courage to carry on.0
